ABOUT VICKI (she, her)

I am a Pelvic Floor Occupational Therapist with a passion for helping individuals heal from pelvic dysfunction.

My work began at Strong Memorial Hospital in acute rehab, where I saw the deep impact of illness and injury on bowel, bladder, and sexual health—often compounded by shame and lack of information. It became my mission to address these tough issues and it was deeply rewarding for me, simply because education and skill training was deeply transformative for people with acute injury. Now I work with people with acute and chronic injury and dysfunction, as well as people who are looking to maintain health and prevent decline as they age.

My background in the medical world, and my education and trainings have taught me to use evidence-based, integrative approaches to achieve goals. I think it is imperative to look at the whole person, including habits, routines, identity, nutrition, posture and more.

My mission is to empower women, men, and people of all genders suffering from pelvic floor dysfunction to tap into the healing wisdom we each hold within and feel at home in your body again — with integrative care that restores pelvic health and function.
