This is a 75 minute session where we will complete an in-depth interview and begin to build our relationship. I will complete a postural and breathing assessment and, if agreed on and appropriate, complete an internal assessment of the pelvic floor muscles. We will begin education, and designing your individualized plan of care. At this time, I will also be able to estimate how many appointments it may take to achieve your goals.
